* The reservation fee is €35.00. * The rental price includes energy costs and excludes tourist tax. * You pay a deposit of €150.00 upon arrival. * Cleaning after your stay is carried out by us; the cost is €50.00. This cost will be deducted from the deposit upon departure. * If you bring a pet, the extra cost is €15.00 per week or €7.50 per weekend/midweek.
