As a guest at this park, you’ll receive a 30% discount on green fees at De Texelse Golf Course.
Roggeslootweg 307 “De Kluut” is a detached bungalow for four people. You’ll have access to a patio and a large garden with several lovely spots to sit. The living room features a cosy sitting and dining area and a television. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with, amongst other things, a dishwasher, a combi-oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin and is also on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The second bedroom is accessible via the first bedroom. This rear bedroom is equipped with a toilet and washbasin.
The rental price excludes tourist tax but includes energy costs. The booking fee is €35.00. On arrival, you will be required to pay a security deposit of €150.00. On departure, the compulsory cleaning charge of €75.00 will be deducted. You will receive a discount on the purchase of a swimming pool ticket at De Krim park for each child aged 12 and under.

There is also an additional toilet with a washbasin in the rear bedroom.
Duvets and pillows provided. There is also a stair gate in this bungalow, and all windows and doors have fly screens.
