The rental price includes energy costs, tourist tax, costs for your pet(s) linen package, bath towels and kitchen towels. The beds are made on arrival. On arrival you pay a deposit of € 150.00. There is a mandatory cleaning, the costs € 75.00 will be settled with the deposit on departure. The reservation costs amount to € 32.50 changeover days on Mondays and Fridays.
