The rental price is incl. energy costs, tourist tax and bed linen. Final cleanig is compulsory and costs € 100,00 you pay this on arrival, together with a deposit of € 100,00. The deposit is given back on departure if everything else is in order. Reservation costs € 32.50
Bungalow Postweg 109 was completely newly built in 2017.
It is located behind the owner's house on Postweg.
Layout:
Living room with seating area, dining table and flat screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge with freezer compartment,
dishwasher, oven and filter coffee machine.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom for two people with its own bathroom.
This bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.
There is an additional toilet in the hall, where there is also a storage room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bed linen and a kitchen set are included in the rental price.
Separate from this is a small children's room with a cot. (Please bring your own bed linen for this).
There are 4 parking spaces available on site.
Unfortunately, smoking is not permitted and dogs are not welcome.
